I’m Ekaterina Dontsova — a movement teacher trained in the LYT® Method, mobility, and bodyweight strength. I help people improve how they move, build practical strength, and feel more confident in their bodies with intelligent, personalized training - individual, in pairs, or small groups.

LYT Method® developed by DPT Lara Heimann is a movement approach rooted in anatomy and functional mechanics that makes yoga and strength practice more effective and accessible.

Start at your level

We begin with your goals and your current baseline. Then I choose the right starting point and progressions—so you build strength and mobility safely.

Move intelligently

You’ll learn simple cues and techniques from LYT-based movement, mobility work, and progressive strength training. The goal is better alignment, control, and body awareness—not “doing more,” but doing it better.

Get real results

Step by step, you’ll improve strength, mobility, coordination, and endurance—and you’ll know what to do between sessions to keep progressing with confidence.

Ways to work with me

I use different training formats depending on your goals, experience, and preferences. Whether you want focused one-on-one guidance or the energy of a small group, you’ll receive clear instruction, progressions, and personal attention.

Private sessions (1:1)

Best for specific goals, movement questions, or a personalized start.

One-on-one sessions allow us to assess how you move, focus on your priorities, and choose the right exercises and progressions for you. This format is ideal if you want individual attention, clarity, and a plan tailored to your body.

Duets & trios

Train with a friend — with personal guidance.

This format combines individual feedback with the motivation of training together. I adapt exercises and progressions for each person, so everyone works at the right level while sharing the experience.

Small group training (4–8 people)

Structured, thoughtful movement — never random.

Small groups allow for community and consistency while still keeping coaching cues, options, and progressions. Groups run when there’s enough interest and are designed so everyone can participate safely and effectively.

I’m Ekaterina Dontsova, a movement teacher specializing in LYT-based yoga, mobility, and strength training. I work with people who want to move better, feel stronger, and understand their bodies — not just follow instructions and copy shapes.

My teaching is grounded in biomechanics, anatomy, and progressive movement principles. I focus on alignment, control, and sustainable strength, helping people build skills they can actually use in daily life and physical activities.

I often work with people who:

A private session is the easiest way to begin. We’ll look at how you move, talk about your goals, and choose the right format and focus going forward.

Already know what you’re looking for? You can join a small group, train with a friend, or continue with private sessions — depending on your goals and availability.
