I’m Ekaterina Dontsova - a movement teacher trained in the LYT® Method, flexibility, mobility, and strength. I help people improve how they move, build strength and coordination, and feel more confident in their bodies with intelligent, anatomy-informed training.

LYT Method® developed by DPT Lara Heimann is a movement approach rooted in anatomy and functional mechanics that makes yoga, mobility and strength practice more effective and accessible.

Let's meet where you are
Whether you are new to any sort of training, returning from the break/injury or have experience in some kind of training/sport/activity, we will start on your current baseline. We will choose the right starting point and modality right for you, so you can progress with your goals and build strength and mobility safely.

Move intelligently
You’ll learn simple cues and techniques from LYT-based movement, mobility work, and progressive strength training. The goal is better alignment, control, and body awareness - not just “doing more,” but doing it better.

Get real results
Step by step, you’ll improve strength, mobility, coordination, and endurance and you’ll know what to do between sessions to keep progressing with confidence.

Functional Yoga
Yoga informed by anatomy and biomechanics, focused on alignment, stability, and sustainable movement.
Precision strength
Safe and accessible strength development using bodyweight and simple tools.
Active Flexibility
Targeted work to improve joint range of motion and control using muscles to support flexibility.
Where to start
You can join a small group either in-person in my home studio in Menlo Park CA, or online from any location of your conviniance.
If you need more personalized approach, a private session could be a good way to go. We’ll look at how you move, talk about your goals, and choose the right format and focus going forward.
